Standard Lease option is 24 months with 1 percent of your purchase price down as a security deposit. The purchase price standard is at today’s market value so you the buyer gains all appreciation over the course of the 24 month lease option. Your 1 percent security deposit is returned to you the buyer at the escrow table to assist you with your closing costs.
